How many conversations do I get?
One free conversation per day, up to 5 exchanges. Your full transcript is emailed to you when the conversation completes.
Are my questions saved?
No. Your questions and Selah Now's answers are not stored in any database. The only record is the transcript forwarded to your email.
Can I use Selah Now in my language?
Yes. Ask your question in any language — Selah Now responds in kind.
How do I delete my data?
Use the Delete my data button on our Privacy page, or email selahnow@proton.me. Deletion completes within 7 business days.
Is Selah Now therapy?
