You are asked to book a call to learn a price. Here is the price.
The Selah License · Version 1.0 · Effective September 2026 · Selah Now LLC
Licenses start at $10,000 per year.
| Single site up to roughly 2,000 people served | $10,000 / year |
| Multi-site roughly 2,000 to 15,000 served | $20,000 / year |
| System-wide 15,000 and above | from $32,000 / year |
| 90-day pilot credited in full against year one | $3,000 |
One price. No per-seat metering, no per-conversation billing, no counting.
We do not meter conversations, and that is deliberate. A director who is watching a counter is a director who hesitates before pointing someone at a crisis tool. Nobody should ever have a budget reason to discourage its use.
Bands above the first are indicative. Tell us what you serve and we will tell you which one you are in before the first call.
Ninety days from activation. On day 91 the pilot ends.
Access continues for one further week. A grace period, so that nobody who is halfway through a conversation is cut off, and so your team has room to decide without a deadline sitting on top of them. Then it stops.
If you convert, the $3,000 is credited in full against year one. If you do not, there is nothing further to pay and nothing to cancel.
We put this in writing because the question a director actually asks is not about the money. It is what happens to the person who is halfway through a conversation on day 91. The answer is that they finish it.
Licenses run one year from execution. The price you sign is the price for that year. It does not move mid-term, for any reason.
Renewal is annual, at the rate published on this page at the time of renewal. Prices may change. We would rather say that here than let you infer a permanence we have not promised.
If the rate changes before your renewal, you will hear it from us in writing at least sixty days beforehand, not discover it on an invoice. This page is versioned and prior versions remain published, so you can see exactly what changed and when.
One thing does not change at renewal, or at any other time. The floor is not priced, not negotiated, and not on the table. Read the Floor →
Licensed, or full white label. Your brand. Your domain. Inside your platform.
The full four-layer reasoning architecture. Twelve wisdom traditions across six continents, every one cited by name. Crisis routing to fourteen situation-matched destinations. Transcript delivery. Onboarding and integration support.
And the floor, intact, which cannot be removed.
This is the operative language. It is published here so your counsel can read it before you spend an hour on a call.
The Crisis Floor. Licensee acknowledges that the Selah Now crisis-detection and routing protocol (the “Crisis Floor”), as published at selahnow.love/floor, is a condition of this License and not a configurable feature. Licensee shall not disable, bypass, suppress, delay, reorder, or modify the Crisis Floor, nor instruct, request, or permit any third party to do so, by any means including configuration, prompt modification, system instruction, output filtering, or interface design. Any deployment in which the Crisis Floor does not operate as published is outside the scope of this License.
Remedy. The Crisis Floor is material to this License. Licensee agrees that a breach of this section is not curable by payment, and that Selah Now LLC may suspend the License immediately on written notice, without the cure period applicable to other breaches. Licensee further agrees that Selah Now LLC may state publicly that a License was suspended for a Crisis Floor breach, and that this right survives termination.
The remedy is the part that matters. A breach here is not something you can pay your way out of, and we may say so out loud.
Three shapes. Pick the one that matches what you already have.
Your brand, your domain, nothing for you to run.
What you do: add one DNS record.
What we need: your logo, two brand colors, the subdomain, a named owner, an escalation contact.
Most organizations should choose this. If you do not have an engineering team, you do not need one.
Your existing site, intranet or member portal.
What you do: place one script tag and allow it in your content security policy.
What we need: the above, plus whoever controls your web pages.
What you do: the interface work. This is the long path because it is your build, not ours.
What we need: an engineering contact, and a written acknowledgment that the crisis floor operates inside your interface too.
That acknowledgment is a condition of the licence, not a formality.
A named owner, and an escalation contact who answers outside business hours.
Your local crisis resources, if you serve anyone outside the United States. Our fourteen destinations are United States lines. We will not deploy to a population we cannot route correctly.
Written acknowledgment of the clause above.
Your own regulator’s AI disclosure obligations, if you have one.
Confirmation that your audience is eighteen or older. If it is not, that is a different conversation and a different build.
Nine things. Every one of them was decided before there was anyone to sell to.
And one more, which is less a rule than a warning.
We will also refuse a licensee whose own product is built on the pattern this one refuses. If retention is your revenue model, this is the wrong system for you. We would rather say that now than discover it in an incident review.
Everything on this page is a commitment. Commitments are built to outlive the people who make them.
A multi-generational foundation to own and operate Selah Now LLC and all associated responsibilities is currently being designed, for implementation in the event of the founder's departure or inability to continue operating as founder and chief executive.
Its purpose is narrow, and it is the reason the structure exists. The floor is built to outlive the person who wrote it.
Estimated activation date: 17 May 2027.
Estimated, and published so that it can be checked. This page is versioned and prior versions remain published, so the date stands on the record alongside everything else here.
Selah Now is operated by its founder. That is a single point of dependency, and you have it here, from us, on the page that asks you to rely on this system. Any organization running a vendor review should have that fact at the start of the process rather than the end of it.
Ownership and control of Selah Now LLC. The obligation to keep the crisis floor operating, unchanged and undisablable, exactly as published. The published documents themselves, as permanent artifacts independent of any company, any trustee and any successor. And the standing refusal to add advertising, retention, engagement mechanics, or the sale of anything a person types.
The instructions are being written at the level of commitments rather than implementation, so that they remain legible and enforceable long after the current technology has been replaced. What the system does is built to survive how it currently does it.
When the structure is executed, this section will be replaced with the operative documents: the entity, the governing purpose, the trigger conditions, and who holds it.
Publishing a price costs something. It means we negotiate against our own number in every conversation from here, and that a licensee who wants a different one can see exactly how far they are asking us to move.
Publishing the refusals costs more. Every item on that list is revenue we have agreed in advance not to take.
We would rather you qualified yourself out from a document than qualified yourself in from a sales call.
